No, super size me didn't change my opinion on eating fast food. I know how to control myself and my weight, especially by not eating fast food every day. I don't think they should have sued mcdonalds the guy was just proving a point not to eat it everyday. They should make the food more natural.
I think the government should have alot more physical activites in their school and requirements in weight rooms. No one wakes up one day and says I wanna be fat, its kind of like an addiction, but if the government supplies more money towards physical activities, the percentage of fat people would go down.
I don't think the movie was a benefit to anyone because it is common knowledge to know not to eat unhealthy foods everyday. Morgan harmed his health and could've possibly died just to show people you shouldn't have to live that way and turn toward food.

P.E. Blog 3
I thought the yoga project was an easy grade. I performed my project with the class and it was quite fun.
The microsoft kinect game I chose was Dance Central. The makers of Rock Band take on dancing games with the first ever pad-free dancing experience. More than 600 unique moves are ready to be learned solo or with friends. This game looks fun because it is alot of moving around and learning knew dance moves. We should use this game in class to break the ice.

Current Event 1
The Coronary Artery Risk Development in Young Adults (CARDIA) study (2010) monitored the eating habits, recreation and activity levels of 3,021 young adults over 15 years. The results suggested that fast food can cause extensive health issues, and that the connection goes beyond fast food and obesity.
CARDIA revealed that people who ate fast food two or more times a week experienced an average weight gain of 10 pounds more than study participants who ate fast food less than once a week. The study also proved that regular fast food consumption increased the risk of insulin resistance and type 2 diabetes. This risk is heightened further with other lifestyle factors such as alcohol consumption, little exercise and smoking.
I thought this article was defintly interested and filled with information. Eating and smoking are to very unhealthy things that have a huge affect on the body. If you continue to do that everyday you will be unhealthy or more so get obese.

Journal Number 1
-My alternative high school in P.E. has been fun so far. I'd rather play video games than do physical stuff.
-The activity I enjoyed most was playing rockband.
- My opinion on yoga changed because I never thought i'd do yoga. It's relaxing and enjoyable.
